Reservation Policy

Reservations made at The Ballarat of 20pax or more are to be confirmed with a valid Credit Card. We won’t process a deposit on your card but should you need to make some changes to your booking we ask that the process below is followed:

  • If you have to cancel your booking with us please give us as much notice as possible. Anything less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a $10/person cancellation fee, and no one wants that.
  • Please don’t be late! We appreciate that life gets in the way of life sometimes but if we don’t have your bums on our seats within 20 minutes of your reservation time we’ll sit other bums there instead. Just give us a heads up if you’re running late and we’ll hold the reservation for you.
  • Got less friends than you thought? No worries, it’s about quality over quantity. Just let us know about any reduction in numbers within 24 hours of your booking to avoid a $10/missing guest charge if you’ve lost 4 or more people.
